
Holidays in Dalaman Ltd (UK) acts as an intermediary between property owners and guests.
All accommodations listed are tourism-licensed and managed by authorized property owners.
By completing a reservation, the guest accepts all terms and conditions stated in this document..
Holidays in Dalaman provides brokerage services for short-term and long-term accommodations.
The company is not the owner of the listed properties. Rules, conditions, and house regulations are
determined by the property owner.
Payment Terms:
– 50% deposit is required to confirm the reservation.
– Holidays in Dalaman commission fee: 20% of the total price.
– Remaining balance must be paid 30 days before check-in.
– Monthly instalments may be offered upon request.
Date Change:
– Changes are allowed only if more than 60 days remain before check-in.
– Date change fee: £10
– No date changes within 60 days.
Cancellation Terms:
– Within first 15 days after deposit: Full refund.
– After 15 days and 60+ days before check-in: £150 admin fee + bank charges apply.
– Within 60 days of check-in: No refund.
Payment Terms:
– No 50% deposit.
– One month’s rent is paid to Holidays in Dalaman as a non-refundable service fee.
– Half-month rent is paid to the property owner as a damage/security deposit.
– Monthly payments or lump-sum payments may be arranged.
Cancellation Terms:
– Service fee (1 month rent) paid to the agency is non-refundable.
– Deposit is refunded based on property condition upon exit.
Guests must maintain the property in good condition and report any damage immediately.
Guest count cannot exceed the confirmed capacity. Parties or loud events are not allowed.
The property owner must deliver the property clean and fully functional.
The owner is responsible for resolving internal maintenance issues.
– A security deposit is not mandatory for every property.
– Some owners require a deposit, while others do not.
– The deposit is solely for damage protection and cannot be used for any other purpose.
– Guests must contact Holidays in Dalaman representatives to confirm:
* Whether a deposit is required
* Deposit amount (£100–£500 range)
* Payment method
Refund Conditions:
– No damage: refunded same day or within 3–7 business days.
– Damage: only repair or replacement cost deducted.
– Key loss, excessive cleaning, missing items: relevant amount deducted.
– Check-in: 16:00
– Check-out: 11:00
– Smoking and pets only if allowed in the property description.
– Pool safety is entirely the guest’s responsibility.
If the property becomes unavailable due to technical issues, infrastructure failure, natural disaster,
or government restrictions:
Holidays in Dalaman will:
– Offer an equivalent alternative accommodation, OR
– Provide a full refund.
Personal data is processed for:
– Reservation and payment processing
– Communication with property owners
– Legal obligations
– Security and operational requirements
Data is never sold or shared with unauthorized third parties.
